- To represent company`s interests in the courts, law enforcement and in other bodies.
- Drafting and verifying agreements
- Drafting claims and reclamations, initiating lawsuits
- Inquiring state bodies

- Contract management
- Analyzing other states’ legislation
- Higher education in Law
- At least 1 or 3 years experience as lawyer
- Knowledge of civil, criminal, administrative, contract law legislation
- Judicial practice, practice in international business and top law firms is desirable
- Advocate license will be viewed as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English

Spayka LLC is annoucing a job opening for the position of EU and CIS development specialist for the Transportation Department.
Job responsibilities
- Take cargo transportation orders from clients;
- Arrange implementation of cargo transportation;
- Provide clients with full information about cargo transportation process;
- Work with foreign partners and transport companies in Europe and CIS;
- Carry on negotiations with the Company's potential partners;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- Higher education in Management or Marketing;
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and transportation with European and CIS companies ,with transport companies as well, is a plus
- Knowledge of management and business negotiation;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English, languages; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus;
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality;
- Ability to work under pressure; ability to analyze and prepare reports;
